Lady Gaga’s Tribute to ‘Sound of Music’ Surprised Me the Most

Congratulations to 'Birdman'! It was the big winner at last night's Oscars. It won 4 awards including Best Picture!

This year marks the 50th anniversary of "Sound of Music". I was actually quite surprised that they asked Lady Gaga to perform the tribute and I was even more amazed by her performance!

She sang a medley of “The Hills Are Alive,” “My Favorite Things”, and “Climb Every Mountain”. Julie Andrews seemed to be pleased by her performance too.

What's going on out there? First Miley Cyrus rocked on the SNL 40th Anniversary Special and now Lady Gaga looked normal and sounded awesome!

Being a country guy, I loved Tim McGraws tribute to Glen Campbell. But Lady G's tribute was classy.
