Is a Giraffe On The Way at Animal Adventure?

Remember in 2017 when Animal Adventure in Harpsursville was the talk of the world? April the Giraffe was an internet sensation while we waited in anticipation of the birth of Taraji.

April has gone on the pill but that doesn't mean that another giraffe isn't on the way. It's not April but it could be Johari. According to a post from the park, Jorhari became a member of the Animal Adventure family in January 2019 and moved in with Oliver.

Johari and Oliver "got together" last July, the park noted, putting Joh right in the timeframe for giving birth around this time of year.

Animal Adventure noted that they've given Johari pregnancy tests, but the results have not provided many answers.

However, they also say Johari's condition and behavior have everyone at Animal Adventure wondering what in the world is going on. So for now the answer to the question "What's going on with Johari" is a good old-fashioned shrug of the shoulders..

Animal Adventure is open daily through October 25th for foot traffic from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Their Drive-Thru Zoo is also open on Thursday and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
