It's Booster Days in Hillcrest this Friday, May 30th and Saturday, June 1st brought to you by the Hillcrest Civic Association (HCA). HCA serves over 100 families including nearly 250 children in Hillcrest and the surrounding area.

The children range in age from 4 to 12 years old and the association strives to offer every family with quality athletic programs and activities to enhance the community's quality of life.

Friday is the first annual Crest Fest at the Jack McEnaney Field at Hillcrest Community Park beginning at 6:30 p.m. There's a Cornhole Tournament organized by Southern Tier Cornhole.

There will be Craft Beer tasting, music by Brewhaha and Yonder. My Uncle's Place will have their food truck on site and then stick around for Fireworks at Dusk.

Hillcrest Booster Days continue on Saturday morning with a 5K run at 8:30 am. to benefit the Frenton Free Library. The Booster Day Parade begins at 11 a.m. and your business or sports team is invited to participate in the parade. The line-up starts at 10:15 a.m. When you arrive,  pull onto Beacon and circle around.

After the parade, enjoy games and prizes with the video game truck and kids games. There will also be a CV Civic Softball Skills Competition and All-Star Game. It's a great way to have fun and help out the Hillcrest area at the same time.
