There's a 25-year-old guy from Denver who lost 140 pounds in a year, just by eating Chick-fil-A when he was at Texas A&M University four years ago, he was 355 pounds. He tried Jenny Craig, Atkins, no carbs, juice diets, and every other crazy diet, and nothing worked.

There was a Chick-fil-A on campus, and he liked their food. So he started working out, and he'd eat Chick-fil-A once or twice a day, going for the healthier choices, like grilled chicken wraps and sandwiches, soup, and salads.  Over the course of the year, he dropped 140 pounds

Now... four years later, he's been able to keep the weight off. He says he still eats at Chick-fil-A because he was on his way to a heart attack or just having a stroke or diabetes and it's literally helped him change his life.
