It's that time of year...Halloween, tricks, and treats. My daughter, Tara, has taken her French Exchange Student, Lucie, to a few trunk-or-treats and she seems to enjoy this American experience.

Here's another event that they will have to go to, it's a FREE Family Fall Fun Night tonight (10/22) at the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier (MHAST). It's going on from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at their location, 47 Broad Avenue in Binghamton.

Kids can enjoy fall-themed activities, face painting, a photo booth, and a free book giveaway. Cider and donuts will also be provided. Costumes are encouraged but not required, but kids wearing one will get a prize.

Youth must be accompanied by an adult and registration is required and questions can be directed to MHAST at (607) 771-8888 ext. 306.

Also don't forget that MHAST presents the musical performance of "Rock ‘N Roll Heaven” this Friday, October 25th, at the Know Theatre, 74 Carroll Street in Binghamton. Admission is free but donations will be gratefully accepted at the door.  Read more about it here.

Make plans tonight and bring the kids for a friendly and fun night out at MHAST, 47 Broad Avenue in Binghamton and maybe we'll see you there.
