The Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier has been here for us during the coronavirus pandemic. They've been enhancing our lives by helping to improve our mental health and wellness. Now here's a chance to help MHAST out in return.

A group of Binghamton University students in the Emerging Leaders Program has decided to support the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier for their class project. They will be "hosting" a virtual fundraiser for them on Sunday, November 8th at 10:30 a.m.

It's Fall Family Yoga with stretching and mindfulness exercises. An instructor from TRYoga will be volunteering their time for the class. It's FREE but a raffle donation will be promoted during the event.

They have been working hard to put this together because they know what everyone has been going through for the last seven months. You can join them on Zoom on November 8th at 10:30 a.m. with the code: 953 2547 0913.

You can contact Jooanh Sur at (929) 393-5660 for more information about this fun, healthy event to help out the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier.
