We are fortunate to have some beautiful parks in the Southern Tier and when you add free music, it makes it extra nice for everyone.  The Broome Bands Together Weekly Summer Concert Series returns to Otsingingo Park beginning June 17th through July 22nd.

For 6 consecutive Tuesdays, beginning at 6:30pm, a different local band will take the stage.

Speaking on the success of last year's concert series, Broome County Executive Debbie Preston says, "seeing all the people come out and be able to have a good time on a week night was great, plus it was a good way for the community to come out and meet new people, and enjoy the beauty of our local parks."

Here are the great local bands that have signed up to entertain:

June 17th-Shambles (Celtic/Folk/Rock), June 24th-Los Vega (Contemporary/Classic Rock/Italian), July 1st-Outer Reef (Jimmy Buffett/Zac Brown Band/The Beach Boys), July 8th-Rich Wilson (Standards-Elvis/Frank/Dean/Johnny), July 15th-Brotherhood (Dance), July 22nd-Katie Scott with Persuasion (Classic Rock/Dance).

Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.  While concession stands will be open, people are welcome to bring their own refreshments.  Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited.  See you in the park!
