Anyone that knows me, knows that I love food. My three favorite kinds are Italian, Chinese, and Seafood. I realize that some of you are saying that my favorite food is "any" and you would have a valid argument.

Here's something that I found out recently and that is that the kind of Italian food that you like says a lot about you. According to a leading food expert (how do I get that job), the type of pasta you like, tells him what you want out of life.

Okay, I'll bite (get it), and see what Italian food fits me best. I'll start with my favorite pasta.

Spaghetti

My mom is a wonderful cook and I love everything that she makes but if you made me pick my absolute favorite, it would be Twice-Baked spaghetti. She has made it several times for me on my birthday. One time she made it for me for her birthday because that's how much she loves me.

According to the food expert, I enjoy spending my time with my family and they give me the self-confidence that I need to meet any challenge. I would agree, my Mom and Dad have always been behind me and supported me.

Fettuccine Alfredo

If Fettuccine Alfredo is your favorite Italian dish, you like the finer things in life and will work hard to get them. You have great taste in gifts and your friends like your generosity. If this is your favorite pasta then I want to be one of your favorite friends.

Macaroni and Cheese

I'll be honest with you, I've never considered Macaroni and Cheese an Italian dish but who am I to argue. If this is your favorite then you love life and you still have the wide-eyed wonder that you had as a kid.

Having fun is a top priority and you have a positive approach to life. I'll add that it also means that you like a dish that can come in a box, made in minutes at an inexpensive price.

Lasagna

I think this will be Traci's favorite food and here's why. According to the leading food guy, if Lasagna is your favorite then people look to you when they have a problem to solve.

You have great organizational skills and get high marks for your competence and expertise on the job. If that doesn't describe Traci Taylor to a T, then I don't know what does.

Speaking of Traci, did you know that she has a way that you can cook spaghetti in a slow cooker and it'll come out perfect every time? Check it out for yourself.
