An Endicott woman and a Hancock woman are accused of narcotics trafficking in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials say 43-year-old Crystal Smith of Endicott, formerly of Equinunk in Wayne County, Pennsylvania and 31-year-old Anna Kellam of Hancock are charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

The Delaware County Sheriff says, "Sealed indictments were handed down August 8 after considering evidence relating to two unrelated narcotics trafficking investigations conducted in the Hancock area."

Officials say they arrested Kellam on three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance while she was already being held in the Delaware County Jail on an unrelated charge. The Hancock woman is accused of selling Clonazapam in the Village of Hancock on three occasions in April.

Endicott Police located and arrested Smith on August 9 on a warrant charging her with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.  She’s accused of selling Suboxone in Hancock on two occasions, also in April.

Kellam is being held on $15,000 bail while Smith was in the Delaware County Jail without bail.
