Cortland Man Arrested for Child Pornography
A Cortland man is accused of promoting a sexual performance of a child under the age of 16.

New York State Police say in addition to the felony count of promoting a sexual performance of a child, 66-year-old Lee Webster is also charged with felony possessing child pornography.
State Police say they arrested Webster on November 17 as a result of an investigation stemming from a cyber-tip received by the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
