Sheriff’s officials say, at around 1:40 a.m. 19-year-old Michael Davis lost control of the vehicle on a curve, hit a culvert pipe, rolling the 2018 Subaru onto its side into some signs.  Davis was not injured but two passengers were taken to Cortland Guthrie Medical Center with minor injuries.

Sheriff’s Deputies say they found the teen was intoxicated.

He’s charged with driving while intoxicated, speed not reasonable, failure to keep right and driving across hazard markings.

Davis has been ordered to appear in town of Cortlandville Court next month.
