Colesville Man Accused of Raping a Minor

A 43-year-old Town of Colesville man is accused of having sex with someone under the age of 17.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say Daniel Stevens is charged with felony Rape and misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Stevens was arrested January 19 and released following his arraignment.
