Broome County Humane Society can use your help. Last week they unexpectedly got 60 dogs after a man became ill.

According to Executive Director of the Broome County Humane Society Karen Matson, the BC Humane Society normally can hold around 34 dogs. Last week, they had over 100 in the shelter.

They were fortunate because they were little dogs. They are looking for people to adopt these Maltese/Bichon type mix.  The new pups will be up for adoption and/or given new homes after at least a 10 day holding period.

They also need supplies. It includes food, towels, paper towels, garbage bags, blankets and money. You can go here to see the complete wish list for the Broome County Humane Society. You can go here to donate.

We've adopted our two cats from there and couldn't be happier. I hope you'll have a chance to help them out too.

You can go here to donate or stop by at 2 Jackson Street in Binghamton to adopt one of these adorable puppies.
