Broome County Shoppers Can Save While Supporting Women’s Health
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is the perfect time to do something good and this year, you can make a difference just by shopping. That sounds like a win-win for everyone.
One Day to Give Back
On Wednesday, October 22nd, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Boscov’s in Binghamton will host a special event called Friends Helping Friends. When you shop with a $5 pass, you’ll get 25% off the lowest sale prices in the store. Some exclusions may apply, but the savings are big and you'll be helping out a wonderful cause.
Where Your $5 Goes
Buy your pass through the YWCA of Binghamton, and 100% of the money will support ENCOREplus, a program that helps local women get breast and cervical cancer screenings. It also provides transportation and support so no one has to go through it alone.
How to Take Part
Buy a $5 Friends Helping Friends Pass from the YWCA. Shop at Boscov’s on October 22nd and show your pass at checkout. You will get 25% off while helping to provide lifesaving services for women in our community.

Here Is How To Get Your Shopping Pass
Contact Crystal Sackett to purchase a pass by calling 607-427-9715 or email csackett@YWCAofbinghamton.org.
Can’t Shop That Day?
If you can't shop that day, don't panic because you can still help to make a difference! A donation to ENCOREplus will go directly toward rides, reminders, and screening access for women who need it.
