Binghamton Senators Begin Season With Pre-game Parties

The Binghamton Senators will open their 12th season on Saturday when they play the Syracuse Crunch at the newly renovated Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena at 7:05.  There's a couple of parties before the game.  Here's where.

First join me at Zona's Bar and Grille, 15 Hawley Street (just down the street from the Arena) beginning at 4. There'll be T-shirts, hats and a cooler filled with prizes to win. I'm still up in the air on if I'll be the shirtless cowboy at the event.

There will also be a pre-game "Party on the Deck" outside of the Arena on the 2nd level over Stuart St.  Live music by "Highline." Juggler Will Stafford and an inflatable Bouncy Boxing ring will also be there.  Happy Hour food and drink specials too. 

Tara and I will be on the ice between the 2nd and 3rd period for another exciting year of Chuck-A-Puck. I only got winged once last year by the foam puck. Someone will win a key and have a chance to win a car at the end of the year. 

Face-off is at 7:05 and its magnet schedule giveaway night. Will Stafford will be juggling in the concourse during the intermissions and "Highline" will perform after the game in the main concourse.
