Binghamton Santa Run 2013

Pull out your Santa hat and lace up your sneakers, it’s time for the annual Binghamton Santa Run!

The Santa Run was started in 2011 as the very first Santa Run in New York state. The Santa Run is organized by St. John the Evangelist School and will take you on a 5k trek through downtown Binghamton.

Binghamton’s Santa Run 2013 is Sunday December 8th. Registration starts at 9am at the Double Tree by Hilton on Water Street and the race begins at 11am at Court Street in front of Boscov's. The Santa Run is a 5k run/walk for the whole family. You can dress up as your favorite holiday character or tradition. Oh, and prizes are handed out for the best costume.

After the Santa Run, there will be a 1/4 mile kids run followed by refreshments and holiday music at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

Proceeds benefit St. John School and the Make A Wish Foundation of Central New York. Register by December 6th and you’ll receive a long sleeve shirt and Santa hat!
