If you’re looking for a way to help out a local cause and enjoy amazing food at a reasonable price from local restaurants, Binghamton Restaurant Week has you name all over it!

Starting tomorrow (Tuesday) Binghamton restaurants will be offering discounted lunch and dinner menus with a portion of the proceeds donated to CHOW - Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse.  Restaurant Week runs from Tuesday September 17th through Thursday September 26th.  Each participating restaurant will offer a special lunch and/or dinner menu. A three-course lunch costs $10 and a three-course dinner $25 or less (taxe and gratuity not included).

Restaurant Week is your chance to enjoy what Binghamton has to offer while also supporting an important cause. In the fall of 2012, 20 restaurants participated and served 16,990 meals and donated $7,034 to CHOW.

During Restaurant Week, Glenn and I will be dining at Cortese Restaurant, Gallagher’s Irish Pub, South Side Yanni’s and Little Venice Restaurant and will definitely let you know what we recommend from the menu and share our pictures and fun with you. Who knows- maybe we'll bump into you during one of our meals!
