Have you ever gone to YouTube to watch something and found yourself staring at the screen hours later looking at random videos of furry little four-legged creatures  because you just couldn't help but watch one and then another and another? Me too.

British Airways doesn't think those people who travel should have to miss out on a single second of watching the adorable furry critters just because you're at a cruising altitude of 30,000 feet. So what are they doing about it? They're adding a channel to their in-flight entertainment called "Paws and Relax" that they think will help decrease your anxiety in the sky.

According to Inflight Entertainment Manager Richard D’Cruze, “We discovered some scientific research that proves watching images of cute animals can actually lower your heart rate and reduces stress levels.”
