Jeff Foxworthy has made millions on rednecks.  And Gretchen Wilson will be proudly be singing her anthem 'Redneck Woman' at Tioga Downs June 14th.  But little does Jeff or Gretchen know, the Greater Binghamton area has lots of proud rednecks of our own.
