Suspect Breaks into Vehicles in Owego [WATCH]

The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating break-ins of vehicles that happened on East Campville Road in the Town of Owego on June 23, 2015 and needs your help identifying the suspect.

A security camera was able to capture footage of a subject breaking into a car on East Campville Road on June 23rd at approximately 1:00 AM.
