‘Singing With The Stars’ Tonight in Binghamton

If you're looking for something different and fun to do tonight in the Greater Binghamton area, why not stop by "Singing With The Stars,' an "over the top" fundraiser that combines stars of the Tri-Cities Opera, drag queens and local celebrities for an outrageous competition of duets from Broadway, Musical Theater and Opera.

The fundraiser is a joint effort to help raise money for the Tri-Cities Opera and the Southern Tier AIDS Program, also known as STAP.

According to a representative at Tri-Cities Opera, "it's like "Dancing with the Stars" on steroids" with a guest panel of celebrity judges, prizes, audience voting and other surprises. It sounds like a fun way to spend your Saturday night in Binghamton.

In fact, on line voting has already begun before anyone even sings a note.  The winner will receive a special star award tonight. 

Tonight's 8pm show takes place at the Tri-Cities Opera Center, 315 Clinton Street on Binghamton's West side.
