Rumble Run With the Binghamton Rumble Ponies on Friday
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies swept a doubleheader yesterday from the Erie SeaWolves 2-1 and 3-0. They look to keep it going tonight and tomorrow with first pitch at 6:35 p.m. both evenings.
They'll be on the road this weekend but there is something else you can do along with the Rumble Ponies. It's the 2nd Annual Rumble Run 5K on Friday, June 28th at 6:15 p.m.
It's a unique run through NYSEG Stadium and the perimeter with four loops - Single, double, triple and home run loop. You'll get wrist bands at each loop and must have all 4 bands at the finish.
The race starts in the parking lot and the loops will be through the stadium concourse, around the warning track and will finish at home plate after a run around the bases. The run will be chip timed with awards.
Stick around afterwards for a big party on the party deck with live music and beer vendors. It's only $30 to enter and includes a ticket to a future game and a beer voucher.
