Properties to be Auctioned by Broome County on Saturday

Broome County Executive Debbie Preston announced details of the upcoming auction of tax foreclosure properties in Broome County.

The auction is this Saturday (2/20) at the Holiday Inn, Binghamton beginning at 10am. Register between 8:30 and 10 to bid during the auction. It's a chance to buy some property at a great price and renovate the area as well.

Last year, the County sold 45 properties and this year they plan on auctioning off at least 30 properties. It includes single and multi-family homes, commercial and vacant lots plus more.

They want to remind everyone that all properties are sold as is. So look carefully at all the properties that you may be interested in. The Broome County Health Department has information at each County Auction for all bidders to review.

Maps of each parcel are available for viewing in the office of the Broome County Real Property Tax Department. It's located on the 2nd floor in the County Office Building, 44 Hawley Street in Binghamton.
