It's been a long time coming and with Summer now officially here, more people will be enjoying outdoor activities like Cruisin' Pallooza, this weekend in Whitney Point.

I'm surprised at the number of first timers I have talked with, that are making this year's bigger and better Cruisin' their first.  Great news.  There are many events and if you're concerned about the heat, just know there are many areas that are out of the sun and areas to enjoy in the shade of the day.

Meteorologist Greg Pollak predicts a nice weekend with slightly cooler temperatures in the lower 80's.  Take your umbrella just in case, as scattered showers are always possible.  Hey, it's Summer in the Southern Tier!

If you get to the Broome County Fairgrounds, you may want to get there early Saturday and Sunday as there is a lot going on early as well as later in the day.

Planning your weekend is always a good idea with Crusin' Pallooza.  One of the cool things about this year's Cruisin' is to tune in to Rich Birdsall and friends on Cruisin' Radio at 87.9.  You'll also be able to hear Crusin' Radio around the fairgrounds.
