New Toy for Golfers: the GolfBoard

I would laugh hysterically if I were to see Glenn try to use one of these. If you’re going golfing this weekend, you’ll probably be going from hole to hole in a golf cart and unless it's tricked out, your ride will be pretty boring.

A golf cart does the job, but nothing more. But now there's an alternative and for those will good balance skills, this is pretty amazing.

Introducing the GolfBoard.

Surf-legend Laird Hamilton developed a stand-up vehicle that’s about the size of a snowboard. It’s a motorized platform on four wheels that lets you “surf” while you’re golfing.

Your golf clubs are strapped into a rack right on the board, which is controlled by a handheld remote.

While I think this would spell disaster for Glenn, I've got to give Laird a little credit for doing something to make golf just a little cooler.
