The Kopernik Observatory & Science Center is excited to announce that its Fall season of public programs starts tomorrow, September 4th.

The new Fall season at Kopernik has something for everyone including 'Beyond Space' which will include topics such as Antarctica, Science of Fire, Radio Technology, Extraterrestrial life and astronomy.

On Saturday, September 19th, people from around the world will be taking a peek at the moon on International Observe the Moon Night and you and your family are invited to visit Kopernik at 7pm to learn more about the moon, and to see the latest images from visiting spacecraft.

On Sunday, September 27th, there will be a beautiful lunar eclipse that you won't want to miss. This eclipse is called the Harvest Supermoon Eclipse and you'll be able to see it at Kopernik at 8pm.  If the night is clear, you'll be able to see it through Kopernik's telescopes, but if it's cloudy, you'll be able to watch a  live webcam from a clear location.
