There is nothing worse than planning a great trip, spending a lot of money to get there, getting to your destination and having jet lag.  If you do any sort of travel abroad or even another coast with a different time zone, I'm sure you've been there or no someone who has experienced it.

Men's Health has a proven way to stop jet lag in its' tracks and with August being the most traveled months of the summer, according to my sources at the Greater Binghamton Airport, this may be a good time to give it a try.

The first thing you want to do is try to trick your body clock by resetting your clocks and computers a couple of hours forward or backwards, depending on the place you are traveling to.  Do this at least a couple of days before your flight.

Next, the day of your flight, skip breakfast, don't eat on the plane or at the airport and flush your system out with plenty of water.  This starvation method creates a second food clock and should work.  Oh yeah, you can eat when you land.
