Christmas Cards in August

The other day, I (jokingly) yelled at a friend for talking about adding pumpkins and corn stalks to her front porch as "rushing the end of Summer." Today I ordered my Christmas cards on line, as I felt pressured to do so as I would save $7.00 if I order before the end of the month!

It's my hope that Donna is not reading this right now as she would never let me forget it!

I recall going to Wegman's last Fall and they had trees in the lobby area. I asked "why" to one of the associates and they explained that some people like to shop early under "no pressure shopping."  I laughed so hard at that. Yet today, a few days shy of 4 months, I'm the one that is worried about Christmas cards and more importantly, saving 7 bucks!
