Guy Solicits Money from Internet to Go on Dates

We live in a crazy world where everyone is looking for a handout. Asking for help when catastrophe strikes is one thing, but asking for money for frivolous things is something completely different and the world is starting to get tired of it.

A 26-year-old guy in London started a crowdfunding campaign with IndiGoGo in hopes of raising enough money to go on 13 dates so he could find the woman of his dreams and fall in love.

Unfortunately for Tom, another guy caught wind of what he was up to and went berserk.

Tom's “Help Tom to Fund Love” campaign got the guy so upset that he started a campaign fund to “catapult Tom to the face of the sun.”

Philip Stewart started a crowdfunding campaign with the sole purpose of ruining Tom’s 13 dates, promising donors that he will follow Tom around on all his dates while playing an accordion. Badly.

Let this be a lesson to anyone with a sense of entitlement- the Internet is watching and is waiting to pounce.
