Good News Monday: Tara and I at the Insane Inflatable 5K

It's Good News Monday. My Good News is that I got to spend quality time with Tara on Saturday at the Insane Inflatable 5K in Syracuse. The weather was perfect but the running (okay, walk) and tumbling on the inflatables was even better.

One of the things I liked about this 5K is that it's not about how fast you go, it's about the fun. In fact, they stressed it's not a race but a good time. They even told us, that if you want to go around and go through a inflatable again, then have at it. Tara did that a couple of times, I did not.

Some people dressed in costumes (we wore top hats), some people ran for a cause and others just got their friends together for a good time and laugh.

We laughed, we tumbled (Tara on purpose, me....not so much) and can't wait to do it again next year. I really enjoyed the time we got to spend when we were going from inflatable to inflatable. We chatted and joked. It was a time together that we'll remember fondly....forever
