Twenty brave souls descended on NYSEG stadium, home of the awesome Binghamton Mets, Saturday morning battling the cold and the wind to participate in the Hunter Games. Two of the twenty emerged victorious and won three day passes to the Taste of Country Music Festival at Hunter Mountain June 13th-15th.
Today was one of the most crazy fun days I've had in forever! 10 Hawk listeners joined me and Glenn at 21st Century Pools and Spas on the Vestal Parkway at noon to jump into a FREEZING cold pool of water for the chance to win tickets to the Taste of Country Music Festival
You know, You can't just walk up in the house with your weatherman swagger and make the anchor into princesses. Dave, I got your back! HA HA! Now, I'll be in need of a privately contracted individual who would like to provide protected services
I had the wonderful opportunity on Saturday to be the DJ/MC for the wedding of Ryan and Desiree Byce. We were at the Binghamton Club, which is as always an exceptional venue for a reception. The room was dressed in blue, I shot blue uplighting on the columns to accent the room and on the lighting rig I installed three star effect lights with a focused star pattern for The bride and groom to dance upon
So I thought this would be fun, foolish and awesome. Let's get fugly! Take two pics of yourself, head shots. The first being normal, the second... pop your best fugly face on! No props, no computer imaging or costume make up
So Friday, December 21 is maaaaaaaybe going to be the apocalypse because a really old calendar ran out of space. It's already tomorrow in Australia, and people are reporting that it's fine. Some of us are calmly stuffing as much clothing as possible into our one measly carry-on bag for our Christmas trip home. Other people are taking more drastic measures. Here's how people are getting ready for tomorrow's "apocalypse."
