I posted this on my own Facebook page a couple of days ago basically because i was really excited. I risk looking like I'm full of myself but I hope you know better. I've been doing everything I can including going vegan to drop weight. I did it to feel better, not have issues later in life and it's unfortunate to say, but be respected more by the general public. When you are over weight or "don't look right" to people who don't know you, you get judged immediately, and it's always a negative.

I've been walking a bit. still scared to run still because I know how I felt when I did. However I have run a little. Not taking off jogging, but just tested the waters by running to my truck from the parking garage and low and behold! I wasn't winded.

A great friend of mine asked me to join her at the Gym for "Ripped" which sounds awful. I think I might give it a shot. I mean... either I die or get even better in shape right? It can't hurt to past my comfort zone more than I have. I have in the last 5 years lost everything that means anything to me accept my pup. So what do I have to lose besides more weight right?

If you want a road to travel to "fix yourself" and you made the decision for you, I'd have to say changing your appearance is a good start to get all those self esteem issues a push in the right direction. Give it shot!!
