Electricians is #1 on the list of the best-paying construction jobs in Binghamton, making $37.33 an hour and $77,640 per year. Electricians install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in our homes, and businesses. Reliable electricity is on the rise, and electricians are in demand, that's why they're getting such great wages.

First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers

In second place are first-line supervisors of construction trades and extraction workers, making $31.95 an hour or $66,450 per year. They are responsible for work on construction sites, and making sure that the projects run smoothly.. With over 800,000 jobs across the country, this offers great career prospects and excellent earning opportunities.

Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Steamfitters

Plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters in Binghamton make $31.33 an hour or $65,160 per year, that makes them the third highest-paying construction job in the area. These tradespeople install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and heating or cooling systems. Plumbing is so important in every way when it comes to construction projects and that is why plumbers and pipefitters are so well compensated.

Tile and Stone Setters

Tile and stone setters earn $30.00 per hour or $62,400 per year, putting them in fourth position on our list.
