See Blackberry Smoke at Hunter Mountain

When I mention the name Blackberry Smoke some of you cheer and some of you think I may have a strange addiction to burning fruit. They are a southern rock band that is lighting up stages across the country.

Playing up to 250 dates each year, the guys are on the road more often than not. The band has toured with legends such as The Marshall Tucker Band, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd and George Jones. They’ve toured Europethree times, and had their songs featured in video games like EA Sports’ NASCAR 08 and movies  like Swing Vote.

Mixing gospel, bluegrass, arena rock, soul and more than a touch of outlaw country, Blackberry Smoke hasa passionate bunch of fans that grows as they evolve. You had the chance to see them live once before here in Binghamton as they played at the now closed Hideout Bar & Grill on Upper Court Street for one of our many CHOW benefit concerts.
