Police say Collins allegedly tied up two people in Bradford County the day before and threatened to shoot them.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Pennsylvania, Collins reportedly used a cordless power drill on the leg of one of the victims while accusing the victims of child trafficking before stealing money in the home invasion in Windham Township.

New York State Police and Tioga County Sheriff’s officials located Collins and took him into custody.  Troopers say he waived extradition.

He’s being charged with attempted criminal homicide, burglary, assault, theft, trespass, illegal possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and reckless endangerment.
