The Southern Tier is already spoiled by having beautiful rolling hills and tree-lined trailways, but the beauty doubles when the leaves change colors in the fall months.

However, unless you are an expert on the environment and the weather, it can be difficult to know when to schedule that family photo shoot in the peak fall colors.
