Wegmans Is Recalling A Gingerbread Cake

If you purchased a gingerbread cake from Wegmans, you might want to check the label.  They are voluntarily recalling some due to an unlisted allergen.

According to WIVB, the recall is due to eggs not being named on the list of allergens.

The cakes come in three different sizes:

• Large 38oz Cake 77890-43972
• Mini 11oz Cake 77890-43973
• 4oz Slice 77890-45380

If you have purchased any of these cakes, you may return them to the front desk for a full refund.
