Adorable! UHS NICU Hosting Reunion For Graduates And Families
I remember how anxious I was when I was waiting for my daughter, Tara to be born. She almost arrived in the lobby but that's a story for another time. I was so relieved when she arrived and she was healthy in every way.
That is how every parent wants it to be but this is a broken world so sometimes there are complications. Did you have a child who spent time in the UHS Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UHS Wilson Medical Center If you said "yes" or know someone who did then you won't want to miss this event.
Reunion for UHS NICU Graduates and Their Families
UHS is having a FREE 2023 NICU Reunion at Otsingo Park on Saturday, September 23rd. All UHS NICU graduates from 2017 to the present are invited to this event. This is a chance to reunite the parents and their kids with the nurses and other caregivers.
It's a chance to reflect and look back at a time when special care was needed for these babies after they were born. A chance to see where they are now and a way to say "thanks again" to the people that were there during such a critical time.
The reunion for the UHS NICU Graduates and their families will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Otsingo Park (North Shelter) on Saturday, September 23rd. The cost is free but they would like you to register so that they know who is coming.
Snacks and refreshments will be served and you can register here.
