Tioga Sheriff's Office Asks for Info. About Newark Valley Runaway

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say they are looking for information concerning at 17-year-old girl who is believed to have run away and may be trying to get to Virginia.

Authorities say Frankie Andrews was last seen at her home in Newark Valley on October 8.

She is white, stands five-feet, one-inch tall, weighs 130 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a rose tattoo on her left forearm and may have a nose ring. According to a Sheriff’s Office news release, Andrews was last seen wearing a dark grey and tie-dye hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and tie-dye Croc shoes.
