New York State Police in Delaware County say an investigation that went on for several months is resulting in three felony burglary arrests.

37 year old Jarred Cutting of Masonville, 30 year old Andrew Baker of Bainbridge and Otsego County Jail inmate Casey Smith are accused of breaking into a home on State Route 206 in the Town of Masonville in October.

Troopers say several rifles, tools and boxes of ammunition were taken in the break-in.

In addition to burglary, Baker is charged with resisting arrest after leading State Police on a foot pursuit in the Town of Bainbridge before being apprehended.  He’s being held in the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 bail.

Bail for Cutting is set at $5,000 while Smith was returned to Otsego County Jail following his arrest March 25.
