Three Binghamton residents are facing charges in a raid that took $18,000 worth of cocaine off the streets.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided a Chapin Street apartment Tuesday, November 26 and arrested 41-year-old Kevin Turner, 35-year-old Thomas Galusha and 57-year-old Catherine Galusha.

Authorities say they confiscated around 6.3 ounces of cocaine with a street value of $18,000, drug packaging materials and $625 in suspected drug sale proceeds in the Galushas' home.

Turner is charged with felony criminal possession of over four ounces of cocaine, two felony counts of criminal possession with intent to sell and three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.  Authorities say Turner was also wanted for a parole violation.

Thomas Galusha is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Catherine Galusha is charged with misdemeanor criminal nuisance.

Turner and Thomas Galusha were sent to the Broome County Jail while Catherine Galusha was ordered to appear in Binghamton City Court at a later date.
