I had a doctor's appointment today and while I am in great shape, he told me that I'm the proud owner of a non-fat liver. So, it's a vegan diet for the month before bouncing over to the South Beach diet for 3.

I have a feeling that this might be a pretty boring diet. Not as boring and awful as the liquid diet, then my pureed diet, but I have a feeling I might have to get creative.
