February 17th is "Random Act of Kindness" Day and I think we should be kind every day and do something random for someone else. You can make a HUGE difference in somebody's life and for yourself.

I think that true random kindness is when you do something nice for someone who will never find out. I realize that it's difficult not to share your story all over Facebook or any other social media platform. Although with all the garbage that you find out there, it's nice to see and read about the positive things that are going on around us.

During the last 11 months, have you noticed that your anxiety just won't go away and it lingers like a cold? For myself, I noticed that when I do something nice for someone else without them knowing, it helps me to feel less anxious.

If you are feeling anxious then try to do something kind and random for someone else today...and every day. If you are still feeling anxious then maybe you should try what a few of my friends have done.

This is the world that we live in today and the last year has been tough on everyone. You need to find something or someone that will help you enjoy the good things that are around you. It'll restore your faith in humanity
