Owego Man Charged With Felony Burglary
An Owego man is facing a felony charge following the investigation into a domestic incident on December 23.
Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say they were called with a report of a dispute in the Village at around 9 p.m.

34-year-old John Bair was arrested and charged with felony Burglary and Harassment.
Authorities say Bair was sent to the Tioga County Jail on one-thousand dollars bail and is scheduled to appear in Village of Owego Court this week.
