Lazy Sunday Breakfast: Eggs Benedict with Baby Spinach

I love Sunday mornings because I always make breakfast. Today I made Eggs Benedict with baby spinach by following the recipe on the back of a packet of Knorr hollandaise sauce packet. I swear by Knorr sauces (you can find them at any grocery store) and their directions are really easy to follow.  Just a few ingredients and you look like a culinary god (or goddess)!
