Hinds Energy Keeps Traci’s Family Cozy — And Serves the Community

When my family moved to the country last year, we had a lot of questions about fuel oil. We went from living in a two-family house on the west side of Binghamton to ten acres of land on a dirt road where our only neighbors are deer and other woodland creatures. The transition from city to country living was easy, but wrapping our heads around having a home that uses fuel oil wasn’t.

We went with Hinds Energy after several friends and acquaintances recommended them — and we love how committed they are to the community. Service to our community is one of the most important things to me and I love that everyone who works for Hinds from the founder and CEO to the board, the office staff, and everyone in the field happily volunteers their time to serving our community.

They also take the time to know their customers on a personal level. Miss Sue, our fuel oil delivery driver, took the time to go sledding and have a quick snowball fight with my son the last time she made a delivery, even though it meant a longer day for her. They're more than just a company we do business with, they've become our friends, people we can trust to provide our family with the very best.
