Good News Monday: Tara Catches A Fish

It's Good News Monday.  What is your Good News today?

My Good News was seeing Tara catch a fish. It was the first time I saw her get one. It was at NorthPointe's Summer BBQ at Thunder Lake on Sunday.  She used a Barbie fish pole with a worm that we got out of our garden.  It was a "sunny" and a pretty big one at that.  I couldn't quite convince her to take it off the hook.....or touch it.  She was very proud of her accomplishment and I was extremely proud of her as well.

Also yesterday, Dawn got baptized at Thunder Lake.  That is really Good News too. I  participated in my first pie eating contest...sorry no pictures.  I didn't win but I didn't get ill either (so for me, that's a win.)
