Do you like the good news or bad news first? I like the bad news first so that I can end with the good/positive news. So here we go

THE BAD NEWS: The Binghamton Devils aren't back at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena until Saturday, December 14th against the Utica Comets.

THE GOOD NEWS: You could go to the game for free and help out a very worthy cause. It's the Binghamton Devils "Put the Biscuit in the Basket" Food Drive to benefit CHOW until Friday, December 13th.

This is how it works. You bring in four or more non-perishable food items and get a ticket to the Saturday, December 14th game against Utica or Wednesday, December 18th contest versus Rochester.

Bring your donations to the Binghamton Devils front office on the third floor of the Floyd during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and it's one ticket and donation per person.

This is your chance to continue to stock the CHOW shelves and enjoy a game for free at the same time. By the way, it's Teddy Bear Toss night on Saturday, December 14th, so bring a stuffed animal to throw on the ice when the Devils score their first goal of the night.

If you get a free ticket to the game, you could pay it forward and bring two teddy bears to toss on the ice. It's good karma and it will make a better Christmas for kids in our area.
