If you have purchased Gerber Soothe N Chew Teething Sticks in Strawberry Apple or Banana flavors, please check the packaging for the UPC codes 0 15000 04618 7, 0 15000 04608 8, and 0 15000 01015 7, all lot codes.

Reason for Gerber Recall

This recall was initiated in response to consumer complaints of choking incidents. Regrettably, there has been one reported emergency room visit related to this issue.
