Everything You NEED to Know About The Parlor City Oktoberfest

The Parlor City Oktoberfest is happening this Saturday October 14^th at Mountain Top Grove on Hance Road in Vestal. Here are some things you need to know before attending this awesome event:

• There are NO ATMs onsite at Mountain Top Grove. Please grab some cash before you attend the Oktoberfest.
• Gates open at 11am and the Oktoberfest runs until 8pm
• Tickets are $10 BEFORE October 14^th at our 59 Court Street location or at Mountain Top Grove. Tickets are $11 online BEFORE October 14^th online at 981thehawk.com
• Tickets will increase to $15 per person ON October 14^th at the gate at Mountain Top Grove.
• Kids 13 years old and younger get into The Parlor City Oktoberfest for free.
• Sign-up sheets for the Miss Oktoberfest Contest, Stein Holding Contests, and Best Dressed Contest will be available with Townsquare Media Binghamton staff the day of the Parlor City Oktoberfest.
• Mountain Top Grove is located at 539 Hance Road Vestal, NY 13850
• There will be multiple food items and multiple type of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase the day of.
• The weather forecast for Saturday October 14^th is 75 degrees and partly sunny. Please dress accordingly as Mountain Top Grove is an outdoor venue.
• For Mountain Top Grove parking – follow the General Parking Sign. There will be a sign for Handicap Parking which is located closer to the venue.
• The Parlor City Oktoberfest is a rain or shine event. The majority of the event is outdoors but there are awnings where attendees can sit and enjoy the event.
• We encourage attendees to have a designated driver, use the ride sharing apps Uber or Lyft, or contact their local taxi company for a safe ride. Please Do Not Drink and Drive.
• There will be live screen printing with Upstate Merch for Oktoberfest shirts.
• Oktoberfest themed merchandise will also be available. Cash Only.
• Please have your photo identification and tickets ready as you enter the event.
• Feel free to take as many pictures as you want. Please use the hashtag #ParlorCityOktoberfest if you post them to social media!
• The Broome County Humane Society will be onsite collecting donations. Please find their wish list here.

The Parlor City Oktoberfest happens October 14^th at Mountain Top Grove on Hance Road in Vestal. It will feature tons of live music and an exclusive, traditional German food menu that will only be available at this event. Strange Brew will be onsite providing delicious German desserts as well.
